IMPORTANT: All mathematical formulas, axle weight estimates, Federal Bridge Law calculations, Hours of Service (HOS) estimates, fuel surcharges, and NMFC class recommendations provided on TruckerToolsHub are for informational, educational, and trip-planning estimation purposes only.
- Always verify weight on certified scales: Bridge formula calculations do not substitute for certified CAT scale tickets. Individual state and provincial DOT enforcement agencies possess discretionary authority and varying statutory bridge tables.
- Driver Responsibility: The commercial motor vehicle driver and motor carrier retain full legal responsibility for complying with FMCSA, US DOT, and Transport Canada regulations.

3. Permitted Commercial & Personal Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our tools to calculate freight rates, audit trip profitability, verify axle tolerances, and generate dispatcher summaries for commercial transportation operations.
You may not scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute our software applications without prior written authorization from TruckerToolsHub.
In no event shall TruckerToolsHub, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any DOT traffic citations, overweight scale house fines, cargo re-classification penalty fees, lost freight revenue, mechanical downtime, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this website.
